A recently established division of E.ON Group, Community Energy design, build and operate major district heating and decentralised energy systems for developments throughout the UK. The division has experienced rapid growth since its inception in 2010, which has brought growing demands on the resources, capabilities and processes of the business, ultimately challenging the quality on the delivery of the projects.In both Interim and Consultant capacities, supported the business in ensuring the successful delivery and hand over to the operations team of multiple schemes (ranging from £5-18m each) within the London Region, as well as a £12m scheme in Newcastle Upon Tyne. Subsequently identified, developed and delivered a significant business change programme.In addition to achieving all project and business objectives, continued to be influential through providing consultancy support in developing the commercial, procurement, project management and procedural aspects of the overall business.
