Project Engineer
Developing project objectives by reviewing project designs, specifications and contractual documentation.Developing task specific methodologies, project schedules and workforce allocations to meet project requirements.Developing project specific health & safety, environmental and quality management documentation and ensuring implementation throughout the project duration Procurement of materials and subcontractors including sourcing, pricing, quality assurance and project delivery coordinationWorking with Project Supervisors and Foreman to manage and coordinate all site activities and project aspects Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards including but not limited to OH&S, Environmental and Quality Standards Management and control of project administrative requirements Implementation of effective cost management procedures including cost reports, forecasts and estimates. Project progress reporting to both Groups Management and Clients Conducting site meetings, project inspections and project / department audits Day to day communication with the client, inspectors, project associated authorities and other involved parties Manage project team resources and training whenever its needed Direct the Hvac system in the project alongside with another engineer
