These are global contracts and span sites across the globe from across South Korea, Nigeria, Angola, Gabon to the US• My current role entails working with mega projects and designing fit for purpose consulting for our clients, enhancing their existing site safety culture by instilling Incident and Injury Free (IIF) onsite and / or by designing and co-creating packages as per the specific site requirements. Another key component is the sustainable partnership of Coaching and Leadership Development with Senior Site and Project Personnel• Leading a team of highly skilled and global consultants I am also responsible for scheduling of work, managing of budgets and continuous development of the team• My Previous experience includes: filling the role of Commissioning Training Focal Point and being the Lead Trainer of the HSSE and Leadership Training Department. This entailed leading the Training staff in ilm(Institute of Leadership and Management) certified courses to meet Safety and Leadership requirements on the Qatar Shell Pearl GTL Project (QSGTL). • Conducting Assessments as Trained Assessor in field of Subject Matter Expertise, formulating Training and Development Plans, analysing, demand forecasting and scheduling of Training Courses and assigning trainer allocations• I have over 15 years prior experience in a continuous process environment. These include the Petrochemical, Oil and Gas industry.
