Current•Work distribution for Shift Chemist & prepared Daily Report •As a Q.C Sr.Executive, I am responsible for various analysis and in-process testing.•As a Sr.Executive, I am responsible for all of the shift activity during my shift like Q.A and Q.C work.•Also done various kind of Raw materials, Finished goods and .Packing material analysis.•Maintain, operate & calibrate all Lab Instrument ● Preparing Trend Analysis Report of FG, In process, Monthly report and Maintaining daily QC requirement Responsible for planning, directing and implementing process and product•To save the operating cost of the plant by various new idea implementations through a programme called “SANKALP” & “5S”running by Jubilant Lifesciences Limited for encouraging of peoples.•Recently we introduced a new TPM Programme in our plant for which I am responsible from my Lab and production plant.•We are responsible for daily updating of ERP system called BAAN & Familiar with SAP•Technical support to customer & Vendor Audit.•Responsible for maintaining good laboratory practices, and actively pursuing high standards for safety, housekeeping, equipment maintenance, and facility maintenance.•Documentation as per ISO 9001-2008, FAMI-QS in Baan(ERP) system •Documentation as per ISO 14001:2007 and OHSAS 18001:1999•Statistical Compilation & Data Trend Analysis of Different Compounds•Manage Quality system by Internal audits as well as 3rd party Auditors •As a Q.C Sr.Chemist, I am responsible for various analysis out side laboratory& Indane , Issue of chemical in Lab.
