Through the LeBrun Family Foundation, we partner with charities & projects that benefit people impacted by poverty and marginalization, as well initiatives that benefit children. For example, the funds the @12Neighbours Community to help address homelessness in Fredericton. The foundation also owns an children's equestrian ranch and partners with a charity that operates the summer children's camp on the property, as well as a year-round youth development program benefiting at-risk youth in New Brunswick.

I joined Salesforce in 2011 as part of their acquisition of Radian6 in May 2011 (see below). Radian6 was Salesforce's first acquisition, and first move, in the marketing technology space. I led the team as SVP & GM of marketing cloud which we grew both organically and through additional acquisitions. In 2012 we acquired Buddy Media, at which time I led the tech & product team (SVP Tech & Product Marketing Cloud) for the marketing cloud division with R&D teams in New York, Atlantic Canada, San Francisco, and London Uk. In 2013, Salesforce acquired ExactTarget, where we built out a complete end-to-end marketing technology stack leading to Salesforce's strong position as a leader in marketing technology in addition to its already leading market position in CRM, and Customer Service. Salesforce.com is an incredible growth company with amazing leadership and this was the most successful acquisition I've ever experienced. From 2011 to 2014, Forces Magazine named Salesforce the most innovative software company in the word, four years in a row.

Radian6, founded in 2006, developed the industry leading, SaaS-based, social media marketing platform. The product was launched late 2007, and the company quickly became the market leader, experiencing tremendous growth through 2008-2011 as it secured more than half of the Fortune 500 as customers, selecting the Radian6 platform. Radian6 was acquired by Salesforce.com in May 2011, which won the Canadian Venture Capital Association's "Deal of the Year" award for achieving outstanding investment success. With the largest venture-backed technology exit in Canada in 2011, at just over $370M, the company delivered a 22.8X return to its VC investors, and over 30X return to its original angel investors.Radian6 co-founders Marcel Lebrun, Chris Newton, and Chris Ramsey received the award for Ernst & Young, Entrepreneur Of The Year.
