Senior Global Marketing Manager
Current•Build deep understanding of the US, UKI, DE technology markets and Promethean’s products to understand unique business insights and opportunities•Execute strategic marketing plans that leverage data, analytics, and segmentation to identify opportunities and insights that improve performance and deliver on objectives•Manage GTM activities around new product launches, working across functions and marketing operations to align marketing plans and timing•Maintain and communicate a roadmap and calendar of events, initiatives, and campaigns•Manage paid media opportunities as part of the marketing plan mix•Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external vendors and agencies•Work closely with content and design teams to prominently promote our product offerings on the Promethean website•Maintain marketing database segmentation to ensure any communications delivered are relevant to the audience receiving them•Ensure all programs are linked to salesforce.com campaigns to ensure accurate campaign ROI tracking•Report on the performance of all marketing campaigns and initiatives, partnering with marketing & sales operations teams to analyze results and identify areas to continuously improve•Facilitate a marketing program retrospective following completion of each marketing programManage the team of Senior Regional Marketing Managers to:•Develop quarterly marketing plans crafted to increase awareness and drive demand•Publish campaign plans, manage budgets, analyze, and report on impact of programs•Develop and implement pipeline acceleration programs jointly with sales•Research, choose, craft, and run live, virtual and hybrid events to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix, and ensure there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event and post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates
