I have extensive experience advising on procurement and contract law, as well as the design and execution of procurement processes in accordance with the public procurement rules.I strive at bringing my customers longer than they could have gone themselves - that they achieve an increased value through my advice. For this reason, I put emphasis on the meeting with my customer and on the close dialogue and cooperation. From my point of view, presence and extended professionalism have always paid off.My extensive experience enables me to avoid the procurement law pitfalls, to identify risks and at the same time find practical solutions matching my customer’s needs. I focus on high quality and commercial value. I have worked with framework agreements during many years and have assisted several major contracting authorities and central purchasing bodies in the execution of procurement of significant framework agreements that meet the needs of public authorities.My area of expertise also includes contracts - both the drafting of contracts and the interpretation and application of contracts. Here, too, I draw on my insight into my customers’ (often political) world and the context in which the contracts are to be concluded. The aim is to create good solutions for my customers and achieve commercially sustainable contracts. I have assisted with the preparation of the publicly available "model contracts" on OPI agreements (Public Private Innovation) (in Danish: Offentlig-Privat Innovation).
