About Malene Timm-Andersen

I have 20 years of experience working both practically and strategically with product & service design and customer experience. I thrive in the cross field of the commercial, technical and user-driven perspective and have a strong ability to connect these to ensure a strong WHY as the outset for any project or strategic process. I have experience from working with digital transformation, product strategy, app development and services within e.g. cyber security, telecommunication and network (5G), fintech and welfare technologiesI am passionate about driving strategy- and design processes, in order for all participants to contribute with highest level of value and creativity. I focus on breaking down complexity, making problems to solve tangible and operational - and communicate to gain engagement and understanding from differentiated perspectives. I carry a solid toolbox of design thinking methods and processes like; workshop facilitation, customer need research, customer journey design, blue print design, customer experience design and agile processes.Besides this, I am the facilitator and co-creator of the network "Customer Experience Netværk Nord" focusing on working strategically with customer experience, having around 20 companies members.
