I have a strong background in HTP robotics, molecular biology, expression in E.coli, Phages, Yeast, mammalian cells and purification of proteins with various techniques.For the last 23 years I have worked with molecular biology and/or protein purification. The last 12 year I have also worked with automation by using robots for High Throughput Screening e.g. Tecan, Biomek and Bravo systems I have excellent skills within purification of proteins using ÄKTA-purification systems (Avant and Xpress). I have a solid background in characterization of proteins using different assays, Elisa, SDS-PAGE, MS.I have a broad knowledge of PCR, enzymes, DNA-purification, sequencing and preservation of clones as well as expression. I have worked with Yeast display and Phage display.I have used Electronic Laboratory Notebooks to document my work.I am fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.Regarding IT I work on a daily basis with MS Office and various databases.On the personal level;I can handle multiple tasks in parallel, also when deadlines are pushing hard.I have good organizing skills and strive for producing results of high quality. I am energetic, with a good team spirit and passion for my job and my colleagues.In my spare time I enjoy riding horses, trail running and spending time with my family.
