In this role I lead the change management effort required to execute Novozymes Security Strategy. I was responsible for planing and driving security awareness initiatives to engage and teach employees how to behave to safeguard classified information. I also had the responsibility for implementing a governance framework (asset classification) across the organization. This entailed anchoring the responsibility of safeguarding critical information across line management and facilitating workshops with senior management to classify information and identify security risks to be mitigated.Achievements include:• Design and distribution of security awareness eLearning to over 4500 employees in 5 languages, which received positive feedback from both the organisation and management• Creation of 'Code of Conduct for Security and IT' which define 12 desired behaviors across information, physical and IT security. Distributed to 6500 employees in 5 languages• Facilitation of workshops with senior management to anchor asset classification responsibilities and identify critical assets and security risks to be mitigated in regards to how highly confidential assets were stored and used • Face to face security awareness training of employees and new hires • Design and rollout of a train-the-trainer learning kit consisting of video and dialogue sheets to motivate and mobilize employees to act in a more security conscious manner. As part of the roll-out I trained 600+ people managers on a global scale

As IT Change Manager I provided process, change management and communication consultancy across Business IT and drove the organisational change management effort on larger projects with a huge change impact.Achievements include:• Change Manager of the Mobile Access initiative which impact 2500 employees globally• Design of a customer centric Service Level Management framework, which included the creation of an IT Service Catalogue created, definition of service KPIs, establishment of a KPI dashboard. I was responsible for kicked off the initiative internally in IT and enable colleagues to rollout it out to line of business.• Co-designer and project lead of competencies build activities for the Business Analysts employee group. The training concept was a mixture between training provided by Implement, exercises and coaching to apply the new competences in a work setting.
