• Developing and Implementing Global Standard for Food Safety the GFSI certification • Developing and Implementing Food Safety and Quality Management System Policies, Procedures according to FSIS/ USDA regulations to meet company goals and objectives.• Overseeing Master Sanitation Program, SSOP, ATP and Pathogen/Environmental swabbing • HACCP, Food Recall coordinator, • Label administrator • Responsible for documents control and revision• Assistance with new product formulation and product shelf-life evaluation• Performing microbiological testing on finished products, contact- and non-contact surfaces.• Reviewing Product Safety and Quality date on daily basis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.• Overseeing changes in industry regulation and standards, ensuring that company is in compliance..
