Head Of Cross Team
Current- Supervising the Cross team, which is primarily responsible for executing multi-market influencer campaigns (Influencer and Client Relations & Business Development)- Implementing and continuously improving "Best Practices" within the organisation to establish consistent standards across all international teams- Achieving and monitoring the Sales Targets for New Biz, Retention, and SaaS- Coordinating international digital marketing projects- Developing strategic marketing plans for clients, including creative concepts, budgets, benchmarks, case studies, guidelines, and recommendations- Recruiting, training, and planning career development for team members- Planning budgets, forecasting, and monitoring Profit and Loss (P&L)- Key region: Europe
