- EPCIC for Bayan Redevelopment Project Phase 2B & 2C - 1 mother Platform and 3 satellite platforms.- Assigned to work closely with Senior Engineer - Mechanical Piping and Senior Project Engineer- Completed a full procedures for Provision of EPCIC for Bayan Project Phase 2B & 2C- Preparing jobcards for all platforms.- Marked-Up P&ID and Isometric drawing. Have done summer internship under Reliability Management Department, Peninsular Malaysia Assets:1) Assisted Reliability Engineers in completing Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) study by tracking down Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) for equipment.2) Exposed to System Applications and Products (SAP) in Data Processing.3) Participated and actively contributed in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) sessions for equipment failure investigations.4) Supported and hands-on Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) activities such as Vibration monitoring for pump and compressor, Gas Loss of Containment (GLOC) inspection, Acoustic Emission (AE) for valve passing rate determination and hotspot detection using Infrared Thermography. 5) Exposed to rotating equipment at offshore platform as compressors, pumps, turbines and engines.6) Attended Safety Critical Element (SCE) workshop for Resak platform pipeline.7) Expanded knowledge in understanding of drawings related to the valves such as P&ID’s.8) Completed Equipment Basic Care (EBC) Data Analysis Report for downstream platform.9) Reviewed P&ID for inspection purpose.Awards and Recognition:1) Recommended for employment by internship supervisor
