I have thrived in environment characterized by volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous conditions. Added to this the fact that the businesses have been in hyper competitive spaces, it has only added to the thrill of working in such a dynamic environment. The last 15 years have been in leadership roles and if I have achieved something, it is thanks to the some of the amazing and extraordinary people with whom I have worked and from whom I have learnt.
