As the Vice President of Training in JCI Vizag, I am responsible for planning, organizing, and executing training activities that help members develop and enhance their personal and professional skills. Here are the activities that I will focus on this year:1) Conduct a Training Needs Assessment: Before planning any training activities, I will conduct a training needs assessment to identify the skills and knowledge gaps that exist within the organization. I will use the results of the assessment to design training programs that address these gaps.2)Develop a Training Plan: I will develop a comprehensive training plan that includes a schedule of training activities for the year, objectives for each activity, and a list of resources required to deliver the training.3) Identify and Recruit Trainers: I will identify members who have the necessary expertise and experience to deliver training on specific topics. I will recruit these trainers and provide them with the resources and support they need to develop and deliver effective training.4) Evaluate Training Programs: I will evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by collecting feedback from participants and analyzing the impact of the training on members' skills and knowledge. I will use the results of the evaluation to improve future training programs.5) Foster a Culture of Learning: I will foster a culture of learning within JCI Vizag by promoting the value of training and encouraging members to take advantage of training opportunities. I will encourage members to share their knowledge and expertise with others by offering peer-to-peer training sessions.Overall, as the Vice President of Training, my focus this year will be on providing high-quality training programs that meet the needs of members and contribute to the development of their personal and professional skills.
