As the Vice President of Training in JCI Vizag, I am responsible for planning, organizing, and executing training activities that help members develop and enhance their personal and professional skills. I will recruit these trainers and provide them with the resources and support they need to develop and deliver effective training.4) Evaluate Training Programs: I will evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by collecting feedback from participants and analyzing the impact of the training on members' skills and knowledge. I will use the results of the evaluation to improve future training programs.5) Foster a Culture of Learning: I will foster a culture of learning within JCI Vizag by promoting the value of training and encouraging members to take advantage of training opportunities.
