Ms. Cobb grew up in Harrisonburg Virginia, a small city nestled into the Shenandoah Valley. Daughter to a business owner, she has always been business minded and began working before many of her friends, waitressing at the age of fifteen! This led Malia to attend both Virginia Tech and James Madison University where she received a bachelors in business administration, majoring in accounting. Her greatest experiences during her time at JMU were meeting her husband Brandon, and putting together a fictitious business plan as part of a semester long project with a team of other business students. Malia also has a passion for local and global missions and joyfully serves when opportunities arise. She spent 5 months serving with Youth With a Mission Organization providing medical care to impoverished people in the South Pacific. This compassionate heart and desire to help others with a tangible hands-on approach fuels the professional work that Malia does.
