CurrentAs an organizational designer, I help create enriching experiences and conditions in the workplace that bring out the best in others, spark creativity and lead to meaningful, high-impact work. I work with businesses to understand their culture, strengths, pain points and long-term goals. I use those findings to design, implement and improve programs, processes and systems for your people. I can operate as a consultant to help design and launch HR programs and systems from the ground up, providing advice and coaching along the way.
