-Ensure the initiatives' execution of the below ministries: - Ministry of Justice - Ministry of Communication and Information Technology - Ministry of Economy and Planning - Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development- Initiate and set goals according to the strategic objectives of the Council of Economic and Development Affairs. - Plan “the vision 2030” initiatives and KPI’s from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones and processes. - Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements. - Supervise the vision realization organizations in the two ministries provide feedback and resolve complex problems. - Apply change, risk and resource management principles when needed - Ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies - Keep the Strategic Management Committee informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations.

• Leads a team of professionals to provide round-the-clock support and management of manufacturing systems, and digital transformation initiatives in a multi-plant environment.• Works closely with other partners to ensure alignment of interrelated goals and seamless integration between departments in achieving common goals.• Responsible for safety, efficiency, productivity and overall performance for all activities in unit.• Ensures resource planning and allocation by understanding current and future business needs as well as the capabilities of the resources.• Plans the functional budget based on the financial business rules, expectations and objectives of both the function and the Company.• Accountable for manufacturing applications and Digital Transformation work processes and the integration with other work processes and disciplines, removes barriers and drives their implementation.• Tracks and analyses Work Process measurements to drive improvements• With functional leadership team and individual department establish the vision, key elements, annual goals and plans and accountability for achieving assigned goals to drive improvement.• Facilitates and coordinates system upgrades to utilize latest advances in software and hardware technology.• Coaches teams and individuals on goals and strategies.• Supports execution of tactical plans for installed base systems for maximum efficient utilization.• Influences strategy to address internal or external business and regulatory issues.• Recommends best practices to improve products or services.• Develops competence of reports through on-job training and/or structured development program.• Contributes to defining standards and specifications to be followed.
