I was responsible for the day-to-day administration including: - Advising students on available accommodation and suitability of accommodation as per student needs (residences with disability infrastructure, accommodation suitable for undergraduate and postgraduate students) - Ensuring that student residences were in an acceptable state in line with the university and national regulations (policy on minimum norms and standards for student housing at public universities) through audit and providing feedback to student residence management. - Assisting house committee members and residence staff to create an inclusive and welcoming community
