Revamp Ammonia Plant-2 PKT - EPC Project

In charge for handling multiple projects at Sekako & Buhut (Central Kalimantan)- Prepare and develop schedule of upcoming projects.- Coordination with site team in terms of progress, plan & execution.- Prepare material take-off.- Develop bill of quantity as per tender drawing.- Prepare & develop shop drawing for clients as per review.

• In charge for construction work of Cooling Water Pump House (also known as Seawater Intake) for Jawa 9&10 Coal Fired Steam Power Plant.• Part of Construction team in EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) project.• Responsible for daily, weekly & monthly work progress report. • Prepare and develop the suitable and applicable work method prior to execution work• Coordination with subcontractor regarding execution plan vs realization (work method & schedule) & monitoring daily, weekly & monthly progress.• Coordination with interdisciplinary (S/S - Mechanical - Electrical - I&C - Commissioning) regarding interfaces of sequential work and finding mutual solutions that minimize impact ahead of schedule.• Coordination with Engineering team regarding discrepancy between site condition and engineering design and to ensure work in site are in accordance following design & specification.• Coordination with Procurement team regarding material control at site, technical meeting with vendor prior to appointment subcontractor and carry out “Request for Material” document.• Coordination with Quality Control team regarding readiness of pre-inspection work and preparing “Request for Inspection” document.• Coordination with Project Control team regarding schedule & daily progress based on site condition, forecasting schedule.• Coordination with HSE team regarding readiness of permit to work and JSEA.• Ensure the activities at site are in accordance as per engineering design & specification.• Ensure progress at site is in accordance to schedule plan.

• Engineering Staff Internship for Construction of Dian Nuswantoro University Parking Lot Building • Assisted in quantity and quality control in field.• Helped the team calculate the concrete volume for the project.• Ensure the steel structure column erection carried out as planned work method.
