During my internship at this institution, I supported my team in the project management part of many projects. Two of these projects were Atlas Ticket Classification GenAi and NPS Automatic Comment Categorization GenAi projects managed with agile/scrum methodology and using AWS services. Thanks to working as an assistant to the scrum master in these two projects, I was able to learn all stages of agile project management in detail. We can list the other projects I worked on as follows: AWS Partnership Project, Disaster Center Transportation Project, Company Separation Projects, etc.Especially in the AWS Partnership Project, I worked closely with many teams within the company (Cloud, Sales and Marketing, Data Analytic, Network, Cyber Security) and with many teams on the AWS side. Which helped me a lot in improving my skills such as communication, problem solving and working with teams.In all the projects I took part in, we carried out the management part through Jira, so I can say that I have a lot of control over Jira.I also prepared status reports on the projects at regular intervals and reported them to the project teams and managers. I also prepared project kickoff and closing presentations.In the service governance section, I was responsible for tracking CSI (Continuous Improvement) items via Jira, creating new items, and providing monthly reporting to the teams. I also prepared the monthly activity reports sent to all Eczcıbasi organizations.Even though I am an intern in this institution, I think that I support all teams by taking responsibility like an assistant specialist, taking ownership of the work, trying to follow the work completely in a very stable and accountable manner.

We implemented canteen automation with my teammates. While making this application, I contributed to e-government login integration, mongodb database installation and settings on the Linux server, general backend development and some front-end development.
