As a Talent Acquisition leader in Google’s Americas division, I work to foster a respectful, inclusive, compliant and supportive workplace while leading a team of Recruiting Coordinators to deliver the interviews needed to meet demand within KPI targets. As the America’s Lead for our Equity, Inclusion & Culture project workstream, I lead development of program plans and strategies related to the educational pillar, as well as advise on and influence Staffing Ops comms and strategy related to DEI, belonging, and hybrid work for my department. I also serve as the lead of the Americas HR Operations DEI Committee, which owns the development of the strategy, operating model and execution plan for all HR Operations entities.

As a leader, coach, and mentor of the recruiting coordinator team, I led recruiting processes and procedures that supported the seamless execution of all administrative responsibilities relevant to professional, technical, and non-exempt recruiting enterprise-wide.
