• Conversion of Legacy Network to FTTH/GPON.• Civil works plan and provide (Include Duct Joint Box and Manhole in All Area).• Solution provisioning to major corporate customers like Banks, Forex Companies, Government Sector and developers in RAK.• GPON/FTTX solution provisioning, Contract management, Network Planning, Estimation, Time Management, Project Cost Control and KPI formulation.• FTTH/GPON Planning, Estimation, Route Selection, OSP Planning, Fiber Management, Fiber Budget Control, ONT Services • Main E.Side and D.Side Copper Cable planning throughout RAK.• Business relationship with other Government and Private Agencies by technical assisting Services Managers associated with each corporate costumer.• Forecast for future requirements, GPON solution for new sectors• Expanding, upgrading & enhancing the Junction and Access Network (Fixed Fiber Optic Network).• Preparation of Daily, weekly, monthly Planned/Project analysis reports and monthly contractor utilization reports as required by the higher level management• Coordination with various Etisalat internal and external entities including the field technicians, planners, supervisors and sub contractors for optimal field performance and customer satisfaction• Calculation of Variance and Cost savings on each project after the completion of the project.• Follow up and coordination of project implementation issues like Traffic & Municipality approvals
