• Manage and develop the document control system and communication flow for the project.• Prepare and manage the daily escalation report for project managers.• Provide earned value analysis and forecasting to support project completion date including alternative scenario analysis for work concurrency.• Working knowledge of industry standard software, including but not limited to SAP, etc. and ERP, Planning & Scheduling, and cost management applications.• Provides senior level general project management support as necessary (e.g., financial/operational budgeting, consolidation, analysis, forecasting; pricing; billing; etc.)• Assigns and manages project staffing levels and workforce plans.• Manages, revises, and maintains status of the detailed project cost estimate/forecast to include all phases of project execution from design/engineering, material/equipment procurement and deliveries, construction contracts through start-up activities and closeout.• Tracks and analyzes the project costs including budgets, commitments, actuals, accruals, and forecasts. Analysis includes forecast to budget and estimate, forecast to actuals, and contingency analysis.• Participates in the development and improvement of project controls systems. Recommends improvements in systems, tools, and methods of project controls and project management.• Planning and tracking cash flows and preparing cost reports comparing actual status with project budgets.• Planning cost control, work measurement and collection of performance data such as installed quantities, expended labor and other progress measurement data.• Ensuring effective project reviews are complete with the Project Managers/Directors as per the project plan.• Scheduling of the project and coordination /communication with Client, site team and other suppliers• Working knowledge of primavera P6 and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook, AutoCAD, Revit, WordPress, QuickBooks)

• Providing support to project managers in the management of project costs, risks and mitigation in line with company risk process• Working in conjunction with Executives to assist with the management of the office.• Assist Commercial Manager and Project Manager with advice and contractual support for project issues.• Assisting with the management of a Cost Consultancy team and may involve line management of less senior staff.• Responsible for work package cost management, including forecasting, budget management and control.• Estimation, of Civil Works work, MEP Works strictly as per drawings & quality standards• Assist in commercial input including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team.• With budget monitoring and providing contract/workstream performance data in regular timely manner.• Value work executed by sub-contractors and certified interim and final payments.• Developing, maintaining and administering the commercial elements of temporary works schedules and associated Sub-Contractors• Measurement and valuation of works (on site and from drawings) for Valuations, Variations & Final Accounts as directed by line manager.

• Daily operations and activities at the construction site. • Site supervisors ensure that the work is done safely, efficiently, and according to the standards and regulations. • Site supervisors also manage the site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers, and report any issues or problems to the project manager. • Study BOQ and Specification.• Labour Management, Coordination with consultant and client.
