• Preparation of Enquiries for Materials, Getting quotes from vendors, Selection of vendors based on equipment performance, Delivery schedule, Price etc, conducting negotiations and release of LOI. • Site preparations, Mobilization of Contractors for carrying out erection activities.• Overseeing the Store management and Maintaining Inventory.• Ensuring effective Site Management for completion of project within targeted time period.• Ensuring discipline among site personnel to ensure safety at site. • Monitoring erection & commissioning of equipments
