- Determine electrical devices failure and repair .- Writing detailed maintenance reports.- Follow up on all updates in service Manuals + bulletins for companies and suppliers to find updatedtechnical solutions to merchandise problems.- Follow up on defective models and devices and put suggested resolutions .
