DC Sportsbook LLC offers sports book solutions to companies and entrepreneurs in the new sports betting market in Washington, DC. We offer consulting and operational services to Operators, Management Service Providers, and Suppliers. Our services include developing the required CBE Plan, training, customer support, and white label solutions for betting terminals and mobile apps.

Advise clients on all aspects of government contracting and procurement. Areas of focus include: CBE, SBE and MBE compliance; Public-Private Partnerships; Construction; and, Public Finance.

Negotiate Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) utilization agreements with real estate developers and construction managers to ensure local equity and development participation; Review and analyze financing and acquisition documents, including revenue bonds, indentures, and land disposition agreements, to determine CBE procurement and subcontracting requirements; Draft contracts, MOUs, and grant agreements; Assist businesses with identifying and securing business opportunities and access to capital; Draft regulations for recently enacted CBE law; Assist compliance team’s monitoring of hundreds of local construction projects; Train DSLBD staff on legislative requirements; Respond to inquiries from government agencies, the DC Council, and the public.

Develop litigation strategy. Supervise fact-finding investigations. Draft motions and pleadings. Argue a variety of substantive and procedural issues in United States District Court. Provide oral and written advice to clients on a daily basis. Prepare expert and lay witnesses for courtroom testimony. Examine witnesses. Deliver opening statements and closing arguments.
