Order Management Specialist
1.Manage demand and supply of domestic sales orders of Government and Private institutions, direct sales and other local distributors/stockiest as per the protocol and strong monitoring and follow up to deliver stock to end customer.2.To assure maintenance of cold chain for temperature sensitive products by creating strong liaison with logistic partners, warehouse, sales team and other business partners. Arrange necessary material for temperature sensitive products on as and when required basis.3.Scrutiny, preparation and submission of distributor claims, insurance claims to finance department and create a strong liaison and coordination with finance department to issue debit and credit notes to valuable business partners and insurance companies.4.Inventory management at distributor level of both National and Institutional distributors and arrangement of principal with-drawls and inter-depot transfers as and when required and settlement of PWD on timely basis.5.Responsible to coordinate with Institutional sales team and institutional distributors for price approvals, rates adjustments and quotations for tenders and remained actively involved in preparation and approvals of launch plans of new products at distribution level.6.Creating strong liaison with planning and production team for the availability of products to fulfill thfe orders, capacity planning and prioritizing production schedules, fulfilling special requirements of institutions including packing and stamping and planning for delivery schedule in given timelines.
