Obtained leadership experience in the role of Chief Fellow, led a team of 12 fellows, where the leadership responsibilities included; creating and developing schedule, ensuring fellowship operations and staffing on services. Developing and improving fellowship learning experience by recommending updates in didactics curriculum while maintaining highest standard consistent clinical supervision. Learned leadership skills team building, effective delegation, conflict resolution and clear communication, strong ethics and standards. Participated in the recruitment for future fellows by updating our fellowship website and conducting fellow interviews for recruitment.

Gained exceptional experience at the Children's Medical Center through UTSW in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry Core rotations included working on: An acute Inpatient children and adolescent psychiatry unit, Partial Hospitalization Program for children and adolescent, Day Treatment program for children and adolescent, Inpatient Eating Disorder program for children and adolescent, Eating Disorder Partial Hospitalization Program for children and adolescent, Consult Liaison service for children and adolescent, Local county community clinical experience at Metro Care Dallas, Teen recovery program (addiction services) for children and adolescent, Foster Care program at Children's Medical Center, Emergency Department clinical experience in behavioral health at Children's Medical Center, Autism and Developmental Disabilities at Children's Medical Center, Early Childhood Development clinic at Children's Medical Center, Outpatient Psychiatry Medication Management at Children's Medical Center. In addition I also got a chance to work on upcoming research projects and was able to finish and present my research project on Suicide Prevention.

Gained exceptional experience at John Peter Smith healthcare system in the field of Psychiatry. Worked and learned in one of the most diverse healthcare system. Diversity included but was not limited to pathology, patient population, collegiality and clinical setting experience. Completed all core rotations as recommended by ACGME and gained additional clinical experience working with the diverse population on the following services: High acuity Inpatient psychiatry units, Partial Hospitalization Programs spread across the JPS health network in Tarrant county, High Acuity Adolescent inpatient program, Numerous community programs including addiction services, and respite unit offered through local/Tarrant county MHMR, Very acute and diverse Consult Liaison service at a Level 1 trauma center, One of a kind Psychiatric Emergency Center Experience, State hospital experience through Local Commitment Alternative (LCA) unit at JPS healthcare system In addition I also got an to work on the multiple upcoming research projects. Presented annually at multiple conferences throughout the nation.
