Manage the QIB-SUDAN Corporate Communications, Branding, Marketing and Investor Relations functions, including, but not limited to the following:Formulate internal and external communications strategies, develop relevant communications materials including press releases, presentations, websites, and corporate collaterals, and manage both traditional and digital communication channels.Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, strategic partners, the investment community, and the media.Brand guardian to promote the Bank's image and support local and regional teams in communications, marketing events, and project launches.Plan, organize and execute large-scale Bank events, and drive corporate-level corporate social responsibility engagements and campaignsAssist in special projects when required.

Create awareness of and develop the bank brand . Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships.Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaignsSupport the marketing manager in delivering agreed activities.Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press or on the radio.Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts.Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns.Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts.Run social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement.Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.Source and secure sponsorship.Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials.Maintain and update customer databases.Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups.Develop relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external.

Handle a courteous businesslike conversation with every caller.Give definite information to callers.Follow all the rules and regulations prescribed by superiors. Ensure caller satisfaction in every encounter. Promptly and courteously attend to caller needs at all times.Relay important information to callers accurately. Provide true and accurate data.

Mix and edit voices, music, and taped sound effects for live performances and for prerecorded events, using sound mixing board Record speech, music, and other sounds on recording media using recording equipment.Regulate volume level and sound quality during recording sessions, using control consoles. Reproduce and duplicate sound recordings from original recording media, using sound editing and duplication equipment.Troubleshooting sub systems in case of system hanging.Troubleshooting of local and network printers and daily checking the print server. Trouble shooting of local and network scanners. Preparing and installing PCs.
