Assisting the accounting and finance department with the creation of the division annual budget with implement controls over spending and procurement to ensure adherence to the company budget.Developing division policies for achieving all company goals related to the responsibilities ,where these goals are established to reach sales, operation and staff goals.Handling all inter-company disputes and conflicts.Resolving all clients or customers complaints and problems.Assisting the recruiting department in the selection, interviewing and hiring of new staff for the division. includes implementing the training and certification process for all division professionals.Leadership and assistance the team members over the sales, operation and staff.
