As the SAP SD Order-to-Cash (OTC) Consultant, I spearheaded a complete greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation at Tariq Glass manufacturing client. Leveraging the SAP Activate methodology, I guided the end-to-end process of designing, building, and implementing a robust OTC solution that aligns with the client’s strategic objectives. 1. Conducted detailed workshops with key stakeholders to capture and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with SAP S/4HANA best practices and industry-specific standards for glass manufacturing. 2. Developed a scalable, modular OTC solution architecture within the SAP SD module, optimizing core functionalities for sales order management, pricing, billing, and shipping. Defined the configuration strategy, customizations, and process enhancements required for optimal performance and compliance with manufacturing workflows.3. Collaborated with cross-functional teams (MM, PP, FI/CO) to ensure seamless integration of OTC processes with procurement, production, and financial accounting. 4. Defined and executed unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles.
