Design Team Lead
Current• Organizing and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media etc.), exhibitions and promotional events• Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities• Developing and maintaining a consistent and cohesive visual identity for brand, ensuring that all design assets align with brand guidelines and corporate values. • Creating high quality graphics and videos for digital media, trade shows and Marketing Events. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand key features project requirements, target audiences, and messaging to deliver designs that meet marketing objectives. • Stay up-to-date with design trends, software tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality and impact of brand's graphic assets. • Conceptualize and adapt existing assets including marketing brochures, new/unique/existing branding concepts, website graphics, emailers, photos, PowerPoint presentations and other specialty projects as assigned.• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns and initiatives. • Manage multiple projects and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.• Create A+ content for E-commerce website
