Further, I established an ‘integrated management office’ (IMO), which entailed the delivery of multiple merger and divestment projects for Brookfield – covering technology, compliance, people, and process work-streams I was able to focus on key business outcomes and gain insight and exposure to the complexities of global corporates.Transitioning to Multiplex, I led a fast-paced, complex global demerger, transition, and transformation program in an extremely challenging environment and short time-frame. Successfully delivering to timelines & budget, I also established appropriate governance, led diverse teams across and managed stakeholders across multiple geographical, cultural, and divisional lines. The success of the program saw my role grow into a global head of projects role, where my scope extended to establishing a high-performing global capability, instilling strong governance across the globe and championing strategic vision and translating it into executable road maps across the entire global portfolio at Multiplex.My role at Mirvac charged me with leading transformation strategy, business case and delivery of the group transformation program, which includes the roll-out of Yardi, Anaplan and Business Intelligence tools across finance and operations. the role transitioned into General Manager, Digital Transformation, shifting to more strategic aspects of the business such as leading and influencing the way we build capability through structured methodologies, governance and building skills in leaders to develop their people to ensure we align delivery with business strategy.
