An ambitious second year medical student, dedicated to her career and personal development. I am interested in doing research and working on acute myeloid leukemia treatments. After high school, I started my studies in Computer Science and Biomedical Informatics, wanting to enter the research field through that pathway. As I was studying cancer on my own to acquire a more holistic view of the disease, I realised that to fulfil my potential, I had to study medicine. Starting my medical journey on 2023, I am volunteering in three student organisations, taking part in one case study of a patient with cancer, participated in the organisation of two medical conferences and brushed off my foreign language skills, to keep myself steadfast for future international opportunities. I strive for constantly enhancing my skills, expanding my horizons, challenging and developing myself by studying and doing new things. Besides my degree, I am also working on enhancing academic and other skills, being creative, getting to know in more depth different disciplines and doing more extracurricular activities.I am eager to connect and work with like minded students/professionals and organizations!
