I also created presentations, information packets, certificates and invitations for use by the office.

As a freelance designer, event photographer and painter, I create works of art and design for various clients or for online sale. For events, I visit various locations with my equipment and capture moments from clients events such baby showers, parties, fairs and featured speaker events.

As program coordinator and content manager for BELL, I lead program participants, community partners and experienced instructors in completing that program's overall objectives, ensuring that each group's needs and expectations are met. BELL's main objectives are to provide quality educational opportunities to underprivileged youth in the South Bronx, particularly focused in STEM, climate change and SHSAT test prep. Executing these objectives involves extensive communication with participants and partners via email, Zoom information sessions and phone calls, forming a relevant and engaging curriculum, sourcing physical locations for the programs to take place, creating digital and print materials for marketing and promotion, writing reports on program results, creative problem-solving and researching . DELIVERABLES>Built a structured curriculum for the Recycling and Climate Change program, forging a relationship with the Fordham Bedform Lot Busters Community Garden and sourcing a Master Composter as a Guest Instructor to lead participants 9 through 24 in learning sustainable garden techniques>Facilitated an ongoing dialogue with parents of underage program participants, fostering effective communication and collaboration between the program and parents to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for all involved>Organized and oversaw the certificate ceremony for the SHSAT Test Prep program with the support of Assembly Member Chantel Jackson's office. This involved designing the certificates and event invitation, contacting parents to extend invitations, coordinating logistics for the ceremony, and ensuring that certificates are prepared and distributed appropriately

Created lessons and taught curated art projects for children as part of a remote after-school program for ages 5 through 9

Crafted and taught relevant and engaging art-based lessons to over 300 students, pre-k through 8th grade in a Title I school in Queens. As I taught, I developed unique bonds with my students to create an environment of trust and safety. Through my lessons, I helped students gain skills in acrylic painting, video production, design, 3D paper construction, and color theory. In these lessons, I also incorporated English vocabulary and mathematics. Students also learned African American history, art history and musical theatre.VIDEO EDITING: As the Covid-19 pandemic struck and schools entered remote learning, ArtistYear pivoted the organization into a partnership with YouTube to create online videos providing art-based lessons on a weekly basis. On a team of 5, we created a series called Bite-Sized Art History where we educated viewers on a figure in contemporary art history and led them through an art exercise based on that figure's art. To date, this series has amassed over 200K views on YouTube.

GRAPHIC DESIGN: Completed various print design projects for multiple departments on the Lehman College campus including the President's Office, the Provost's Office, the Financial Aid department, the Registrar and more. Here, I designed faculty and staff business cards, event flyers, event programs, logos and informational posters. One notable project was assisting in completing the Commencement booklet, proofing copy of over 1000 individual student names. SOCIAL MEDIA: Through Hootsuite, I managed the posts of the official Lehman College social media accounts which included Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. For social media, I designed social media graphics and took photos at campus events to be promoted online. I also researched social media campaigns of other universities to employ these strategies on our own pages.

I assisted this company during the summer by designing collateral for their summer event including event brochures, event flyers, social media graphics, website banners, product designs and promotional graphics. This position was remote so I had to utilize my time management and communication skills to get the projects to my supervisors quickly while still maintaining a high quality.

I worked at the front desk of the museum space at BLDG 92. I greeted the guests, gave miniature tours of the space, assisted in the maintenance of the museum space, sold at the gift shop and assisted in the hosting of BLDG 92 events. Also, I designed event flyers and gift shop signage and redesigned the welcome screens of the museum space for BLDG 92.
