Assigning responsibilities, set performance objectives, and conducting performance evaluations to ensure the effective functioning of the HSE department.3. Ensure compliance by all subcontractors with organization HSE requirements and regulations and all relevant legislation and statutory requirements, including rules and regulations as amended from time to time.4. Participating in safety studies/activities using risk assessment and mitigation methodologies, such as Hazard Identification and Risk assessment, review of method statements incident investigations, compliance reviews.5. To organize/participate in a safety campaign, heat stress, life-critical campaigns, etc.3. Coordination with the client’s safety representatives regarding safety procedures in the job site.4. Inspection and provision of Safety sign boards and warning tape to avoid the accident.5. Monitor all workers to ensure proper safety outfits, such as full-body harness, safety shoes, helmet, safety glass, eye goggles, earplugs, and masks.6.
