I am a seasoned conflict resolution expert with a rich background that spans five continents. Over the past two years, in my role at Mend Flourish, I've worked to advance peacebuilding, conflict transformation, and restorative justice. We've fostered dialogue and reconciliation efforts and created spaces for truth-telling that encourage societal healing.As a consultant, my initiatives focused on societal healing and building a just society. Collaborating with various stakeholders, we developed programs addressing societal fractures, providing solutions, and working toward lasting community restoration. My work encompasses writing and organizing curricula, pivotal in articulating our mission and amplifying the voices of peace and restoration within the community.My academic journey includes a Master of Law and Diplomacy from Tuft's Fletcher School of Global Affairs, specializing in International Organizations, Global Governance, and International Legal Studies, as well as a Master of Philosophy in Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation from Trinity College Dublin's Irish School of Ecumenics. These advanced degrees have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to foster peacebuilding dialogue, implement restorative justice, and advocate for human rights. I curate transformative workshops on crucial topics such as transformational leadership, belonging, and equity and offer invaluable consultancy on criminal justice reform.I received the James Haire Dissertation Award for my research at Trinity College Dublin. I have served as a research assistant at The Fares Center for Eastern Mediterranean Studies and through hands-on experience within Clonard Monastery's Peace and Reconciliation Department in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Additionally, I hold a Master of Arts in Practical Theology from Regent University and have enriched my knowledge through studies at Harvard Divinity School, facilitated by the Fletcher School of Global Affairs.
