Mentor several at risk teens in the comminty. Provide a safe and positive learning enviornment. Equip youth with essential skills that will enhance their future. Plan and implement conference style seminars and retreats. Maintain confidentuality guidelines at all times. Communicate effectively with the teen and thier parents.

Provide the community with outreach/ awareness sessions in Cumberland County schools to the S.T.D. at risk population. Maintain excellent data entry records. Provide proficiency tests on the H.I.V. test. Perform H.I.V. test and give proper test results. Assist with personal intervention interviews and set goals with the client. Assure the client confidentiality rights will be honored. Give out prevention methods such as condoms, lubricants etc. Facilitate small focus groups. Monitor stage of change progress.

Work one-on-one with youth in a residential facility or a foster home. Provide accurate paper work of the troubled childs behavior. Perform transportation duties as needed.Work closely with the clients case manager. Provide postive activities as rewards for good behavior. Supervise clients at all times.
