We are an intelligent product company, spanning data strategy, user-centered design, and data-driven product engineering helping SMB and enterprise-sized companies leverage the power of their data to generate insights, build innovative products, and solve their biggest challenges.After my internship I was recognized as the Marketing Coordinator and Junior Project Manager for a few months before being given the title of Associate Project Manager.I manage 2 Agile, SaaS cross functional project teams while working to build a project managementcenter of excellence to optimize our delivery systems and processes. This has led to the development of a PMO dictionary for the organization, which is helping to standardize our project management practices and freeing up administrative staff time by 15%.I analyze business cases, competitors, pain points, create dashboards, and organize marketingcampaigns.

I joined Synaptiq where I researched and created blog posts for technical and nontechnical audiences, wrote white papers, case studies, and slide decks.Eventually I began running and coordinating marketing campaigns while performing research to support content generation.After successfully managing 11 internal projects on the marketing team which generated 56 new leads I was promoted to the Marketing Coordinator/ Junior Project Manager position and then quickly to Associate Project Manager.

The University of North Carolina Press, a nonprofit publisher of both scholarly and general-interestbooks and journals, operates simultaneously in a business environment and in the world of scholarship and ideas.I contribute content for social media campaigns on X (Twitter) and TikTok while managing our bookreview backlog and other process improvement initiatives.I also gather media hits from X, Google, and major publicity outlets to circulate author successes week by week to the UNC and Allied Press organizations.Our social media traffic has increased by 20% and we are in the process of eliminating a nearly 3-year backlog of book reviews within 4 months with the implementation of a new system.

During 2023, I worked as a Research Assistant for Jane Austen & Co. on the Jane Austen's Desk project, a public humanities initiative devoted to researching Jane Austen's reading and creating a public digital exhibition.

I began my research experience researching the HIV virus with the Swanstrom Lab at UNC Lineberger Cancer Center.This was comprised of 3 different projects:-Project 1: Engineer a stable-expressing CCR5 human cell line to investigate viral binding mechanisms.-Project 2: Create an NHC (SARS-Cov2 treatment drug) mutagenesis assay utilizing plasmiddesign/engineering & blue-white functionality with the lac-z insert.-Project 3: Assist senior laboratory technicians with SIV phenotyping.After 2 years performing this research, I moved over to the Jane Austen Desk project, a publichumanities initiative in the English Department.
