Patient Relations Liaison/ Marketing
Current- Execute new patient onboarding processes resulting in an 12% increase in patient retention.
- Coordinate patient retention efforts related to MA activities, planning and organizing retention events, as well as in-clinic OEP / SEP / AEP and marketing events to bolster patient loyalty and brand recognition.
- Regularly conduct clinic site reviews, analyze performance metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement, contributing to enhanced clinic operations and patient satisfaction.
- Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and community partners, expanding the base for prospective members and driving growth.
- Collaborate with the Group Growth team to plan external marketing events and represent the organization at events, increasing brand visibility and attracting new patients.
- Proficiently use Salesforce to manage and track patient data and interactions, improving data management.
