Patient Relations Liaison/ Marketing
Current• Execute new patient onboarding processes resulting in an 12% increase in patient retention. • Coordinate patient retention efforts related to MA activities, planning and organizing retention events, as well as in-clinic OEP / SEP / AEP and marketing events to bolster patient loyalty and brand recognition.• Regularly conduct clinic site reviews, analyze performance metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement, contributing to enhanced clinic operations and patient satisfaction. • Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and community partners, expanding the base for prospective members and driving growth. • Collaborate with the Group Growth team to plan external marketing events and represent the organization at events, increasing brand visibility and attracting new patients. • Proficiently use Salesforce to manage and track patient data and interactions, improving data management. • Prepare weekly and monthly reports to track clinic performance, identify areas for improvement, and facilitate informed decision-making. • Monitor and evaluate patient satisfaction data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the patient experience. • Develop and coordinate patient outreach programs to engage and retain patients effectively. • Coordinate with the Group Growth team to create tailored marketing materials for site-level and regional presentations, ensuring consistent messaging and branding
