Monitor the FM software for complaints to ensure outsourced vendors complete the all jobs in a timely manner. Follows up on pending jobs with vendors. Reviews customer feedback and escalates any issues for improvement to Management. Ensures that all required third party inspections are conducted and reports completed on timely basis.
