- The Public Relations Department is one of the departments responsible for expanding and developing the positive image of the Student Executive Board (BEM) of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Lampung (FT Unila),- As well as establishing strategic relations and partnerships with the general public of the Faculty of Engineering and external relations outside the campus.

- Our primary responsibilities include financial management of Hidrokarbon 2023 through cash flow tracking, financial planning, and internal financial oversight to analyze the organization's financial performance and propose corrective actions.- We protect our organization's assets by minimizing risk and conducting financial transactions prudently and efficiently.

- Provide ideas about events to held, as well as determine the theme of the event.Manage conditions while the event is in progress and ensure that all activities run according to the plan.- Create detailed event rundowns (time, date, PIC, etc).- Socializing the event rundown to other divisions, write down the complete event needs equipment.

- Looking for partnership or sponsorship for the event to be held.Establish a systematic process for partner cooperation and partnerships.- Looking for speakers for events, making ToRs, proposals and negotiating sponsorship deals.

- Responsible for the work program strategy of or an event that will take place.- Controlling the preparation of the net, evaluating the course of activities to provide a report on the course of the event.

- Organize the plan, timeline, and ensure the project to be match the targeted budget, quality, time, and sustainability.- Managing of administration and event proposals.

- Ensuring the event with good management as planning, organizing, supervising, and evaluating all stages of the event.- Managing documents such as ToR, and school invitations.

- Act as a point of contact for employees within their company or organisation.- Fully responsible for the course of the event.
