A significant part of my approach involves Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), a specialized technique that effectively enhances range of motion, optimizes athletic performance, and mitigates pain. Each FST session is carefully tailored to meet my client's needs and goals, promoting their flexibility and joint health.
