• Collaborated with a research group of six individuals to design, evaluate and analyze findings of High Intensity Interval Training and its effects on Resting Metabolic Rate on a group of ten college aged females• Abstract pending publication by ACSM in a supplemental edition of Medicine and Sports and Exercise Journal as a Peer Reviewed Article• Facilitated Body Composition Testing utilizing a Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis, Resting Energy Expenditure testing, HIIT Group Training, Personal Training, as well 1RM Testing while utilizing an EMG• Presented Research Poster at Annual NH-INBRE Conference as well as Annual ACSM Regional Conference
