QCT Modem Systems - (current role) Systems Project Engineer for Fixed Wireless Access - cross functional leadership of modem, RF systems, HW, SW, Test, Product Management and Customer Engineering teams to define and execute on Qualcomm's FWA product roadmap spanning SDX55/65/75 and beyond family of modem chipsets. Directly interface with key OEMs and operators worldwide to understand requirements and ensure successful deployment using Qualcomm's products.- (previously) mmW RF Platform Iead – Design, definition and commercialization of first three generations of mmW transceiver ICs leading to multiple 5G-NR mmW product launches, including premium-tier IOS and Android devices from 2019 to 2022.Qualcomm Research- System design for enabling 5G-NR – both sub-6 and mmW in shared spectrum - Angle of arrival estimation at a WLAN access-point – algorithm research, simulation, prototyping, field measurements and system design specification/support of AP product team. Represented Qualcomm at IEEE 802.11az standards.- Developed techniques for improved coexistence between LTE-U and WLAN networks. Represented Qualcomm at the Wi-Fi Alliance Coexistence Task Group.- Led a multi-disciplinary team tasked with competitive analysis of mobile WLAN chipsets in premium tier smart-phones resulting in product improvements in silicon and software.- System design, specification, power/battery analysis of a custom WLAN protocol (on QCA silicon) to enable a new consumer-electronics application while satisfying demanding requirements of low-latency and ~1 year battery-life. Qualcomm Atheros (Atheros was acquired by Qualcomm)- System Architecture definition for the networking subsystem for QCA's first generation network processors (IPQ8xxx)

- Concept development for Atheros in the areas of wireless display and video distribution in the home – system and architecture design; identification of partners and technical due-diligence; worked with product management to validate concept with key customers.- Key contributor to the Wi-Fi Alliance (WFA) specification for Wi-Fi Display (commercialized as Miracast); and IEEE P1905.1 project for Convergent Digital Home Network for Heterogeneous Technologies (commercialized as Hy-Fi).- Embedded system engineering – Root cause analysis, MAC optimizations (HW & SW) leading to products for video distribution over Wi-Fi in the home (commercialized as VoW).

Member of the CTO office responsible for development of new IP supporting various business units in the company - developed first-silicon for IEEE 802.3u/ab Gigabit Ethernet and MoCA v1.1 modem. Demonstrated technical leadership on a breadth of activities including – systems design, architecture design and implementation and pre-silicon SoC verification.

Collaborated with technology and product teams in Japan on design, simulation and IP creation for MIMO-OFDM WLAN products. Represented Panasonic at IEEE 802.11e/n standards
