Serve as project leader, develop proposals for projects, provide business analysis and assessment, prepare business cases for projects. providing consultancy services for institutions and private companies - SMEs, offering knowledge and experience in the area of management, change management, export promotion and competitiveness improvement, with focus on energy efficiency projects.

Creating and developing project proposals, project funding, procurements preparation, project supervision and reporting. Scope of Work: * Developing the project plan * Managing the project stakeholders * Managing the project team * Managing the project risk * Managing the project schedule * Managing the project budget * Managing the project conflicts

Providing and interpreting financial information; Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends; Analysing change and advising accordingly; Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance; Analysing competitors and market trends; Developing financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk;Assisting in managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems; Assisting in liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out; Taking part in developing external relationships with appropriate contacts e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organisations such as the Inland Revenue; Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines; Assisting in arranging new sources of finance for a company's debt facilities; Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation
