• Liaising with Fraud & Forgery Department, Finance Division and Branches for proper adjustment of identified fraudulent transactions.• Devising & updating Processes Manuals, SOPs & Methods of ADC & Inter-Branch HO Reconciliation.• Adjustment of old un-reconciled ADC Channels transactions at HO Reconciliation and Branches.• Identification of fake transactions corresponding to total amounts parked at closed branches.• Identification of respective difference (in connection to previous point) in active branch(s).• Advice concerned branch(s) to pass necessary adjusting / book entries for settlement of difference(s) in their books of accounts.• Maintain effective liaising with Retail Operations/ROMs/Branches and ensure vigorous follow-up for earliest settlement of identified differences and arranging immediate recovery, wherever required.• Maintain logs of all transactions parked in Operations Reconciliation Payable/ Receivable GL's at Finance Division.• To eliminate balances of closed branches in reconciliation system at Operations Division.• Assist Reconciliation Department members in their routine working and for settlement of ADC transactions in case of branches data reloading / rebuilding.• Daily reporting of identified differences to Head Central Operations / Head Operations.• Any other task assigned by Head Central Operations / Head Operations.

• Reconciliation of ATM, Debit Master Card, IBFT and Utility Bill Payment Payable to switch and settlement of their accounts maintained at Finance Division.• Prepare entries for accounts department to be posted for settlement of daily debit and credit from branches in form of payable and receivable.• Settlement of ADC disputed transactions received from Switch.• Settlement of Debit Master Card disputed international transactions, Exceptions and POS Claims received from dispute resolution unit within TAT as prescribed by SBP.• Balancing of Branch-less banking transactions as debited from switch and branches, and get the same settled at concerned department.• Settlement of branch-less banking transactions and prepaid cards transactions at inter branch reconciliation department.• Settlement of all debit / credits at treasury division ADC clearing unit.• Correspondence with Branches, Finance Division & Operations Division regarding settlement of pending ADC transactions• Preparation and Submission of downtime reports on quarterly basis.• Branch training at the time of ATM Installation• Claims launching and settlement to other banks and own customers• Monitoring Branch / ATM operations• Support to resolves reconciliation issues at branch and Head office Level• Customers support at ATM Call Center

FIXED ASSETS• Balancing F/A Record of Branches and Centralization at Head Office.• Systematic and automated record keeping at Finance Division.• Calculation and application of Depreciation on operating Fixed assets of Bank for all branches on Annual basis for onward submission to SBP.• Preparation of F&F Profit and Loss statements for Bank's Annual Accounts.

• Issues relating to Insurance of Bank’s Tangible / Intangible Assets.• Correspondence with different Insurance companies for Blanket Policy.• Claims lodging and followup with Insurance Companies.• Arrangement of Meeting regarding Bid Openings and various other issues.
