The dedicated role for Strategic HR & Projects have the aim to ensure market competitiveness of HR concepts by developing the ways of working, concepts and tools within the HR area.

As Director HR I am responsible for the HR function at the divisional headquarter in Gothenburg (260 employees), supporting functions such as R&D, Marketing, Product Management and Supply Chain. In parallel with my role as Director Human Resources I’m one of three members in the Program Management Office to drive the transformation of Ascom into OneCompany. The program includes activities within 7 main areas involving major organizational changes, cost initiatives and competency hiring initiatives.

Responsible for all HR processes and programs, such as organizational development, leadership development, labour relations, compensation and benefits, union negotiations, performance management, training and development. Also responsible for Environmental Health and Safety, Internal and External Communication, Reception and Office Support and Payroll. Eight direct reports.
