I have held many positions but they all boil down to Customer Service and Office Administration... I'm also a wiz on computers and know how to troubleshoot many issues. I love learning new things and am quick at doing it. I am a problem solver and know how to treat people and talk to them in order to achieve the desired outcome.I am helpful and organized and aim to please. I have so much experience dealing with angry and hostile Customers I almost instantly can calm them down. Providing exceptional Customer Service makes me feel good and also helping team members to achieve their goals is a high priority. I am not afraid to dig into any problem and do what it takes to make sure the problem gets solved, if under any circumstances I'm not able to fix it myself I will direct whom ever I'm trying to help to the appropriate place to do so. I know how to do a lot of research and collaborate with other units as needed and am willing to go the "extra mile." I am efficient and I work hard! I have experience with Multi-line phones, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. I can fast and easily learn new systems and switch priorities at anytime.
